How it works
If you have any questions about the process and how it works, please click here to send me an email and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Thank you!
-
1. Pick you photo
Pick the cutest photo of your own clever kitty, handsome hound, bouncy bunnies or any other type of cuddly companion for their pet portrait. The clearer the picture, the more detail I will be able to include! Accessories will not be included, unless requested.
-
2. Personalise
To personalise the portrait, I can print your pets name on the final artwork or leave it blank, it’s entirely up to you! The portrait will be printed onto a white background.
-
3. Order number
To submit your photograph, send an email to tillyandtott@gmail.com, quoting your order number in the subject. Please also let me know your pets name in the email, if you’re choosing to include it.
-
4. On it's way!
As soon as I receive the photograph the artwork will begin. The drawing process takes around 14 days, excluding postage. Once completed, your pet portrait will be on it’s way! Feel free to follow me on Instagram for progress updates!
FAQ's
Can I have more than one copy?
Yes, of course you can! If you would like more than one printed copy of your purchase, please change the number in the ‘number of copies’ box at the checkout. You can also purchase the digital copy too.
I'm struggling to take a good photo, what shall I do?
Taking a clear photo can be difficult, try enticing your pet with treats and making sure that they are fully relaxed. You can always email more than one photo and I can piece them together for you.
